FRL Units (Filter Regulator & Lubricator)
The FRL unit is an essential accessory for Air-Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps. It is composed by two units, the first one is the filter with a pressure regulator, which allows to keep the air cleaned and dry and to adjust the inlet air pressure to the air motor. The regulation system is made by a piston of high precision and a pressure gauge for displaying the set pressure. The second unit is a lubrificator that allows to nebulize the lube oil in the compressed air flow.
Considering the features of the AirTECH spool valve and the high quality materials with which it is built, it is suggested to set the lubrication to a minimum. AirTECH offers you a complete range of connections starting from 1/8″ up to 1″ (including 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″) and with the opportunity of having the external protection both in metal material that techno polymer.
Flanges Kit
AirTECH offers a complete range of Flanges Kit to be able to switch from flanged connections to threaded connections and vice versa. The AirTECH Flanges Kit can be installed both on the pumps and the basket strainers so they can better adapt to all requests.
We have a wide choice of materials including Polypropylene in order to match the same materials of pumps and strainers to ensure a perfect chemical resistance with the pumping fluid. In addition to Polypropylene, AirTECH has available others materials like PVC, PVDF, AISI 316 and Aluminum. About the connections, our range starts from 1″ up to 4″, including also 1 ½”, 2″, 3″.
Fittings
To complete our range of accessories, we have available any kind of plastic and metallic fittings to adapt the pumps to every type of need of the plant.
The main components that are available are the followings starting from the simple hose connectors with threaded male standard connections, threaded reducer, barrel nipple, double socket, elbow, ti and more.
AirTECH offers a complete range of size and connections starting from 1/2 “up to 4” (including 1 “, 1 ½”, 2 “, 3”) and of construction materials both plastic as Polypropylene, PVC and PVDF, and metal as AISI 316 and Aluminum.
